Overall, the service was good. Support was helpful and got me sorted out, but the wait was a bit annoying, not gonna lie. Nothing disastrous, just slow enough to be a little dumb

This literally helped calm down my breakouts, which I’m really happy about. I do still get some irritation here and there, so I have to be a bit careful with how often I use it

I tried this and, too thick and sticky it felt on my skin. It just kind of sat there and never really sank in, which I didn’t love

I decided to try Province Apothecary because they seem to put a lot of emphasis on natural, thoughtful values, and I’ve bought from similar skincare brands before that made the low-waste side really clear. With this order, though, the experience didn’t quite match what I was expecting.

There was more packaging than I thought there would be, and I had a hard time finding simple info about what’s actually refillable, recyclable, or meant to be low waste. Maybe the details are somewhere on the site, but they definitely weren’t easy for me to spot.

For a brand with this kind of image, I expected it to feel a bit more intentional and transparent. The products might be nice, but the overall experience didn’t come across as especially sustainable to me...

Came in about a week and was packed fine. Tracking was a little slow to update at first, but arrived safely. No real issues, just wasn’t lightning fast or anything

The checkout kept freezing on me, which was frustrating, haha. My confirmation email also took forever to show up, so I was kind of sitting there wondering if the order even went through

The packaging looks really nice, so I was excited to use it, but the pump is kind of annoying and makes dispensing messier than it should be. I also wish there was an easier way to get help from an actual person instead of feeling like everything is automated.

I’ve been using this for a bit and it really does keep my face feeling hydrated throughout the day. My skin feels softer and not tight or dry like it usually does. i’m happy with it and would keep using it

I used this for a few weeks i kind of trusted my gut on it after a while, my skin just looked pretty much the same. It feels nice going on and didn’t irritate me or anything, but I didn’t really see the results I was hoping for...

The quality is solid for what you pay. Shocking, I know, something that doesn’t feel like a total rip-off.

I tried a couple of Province Apothecary products, and the scents were a little hit or miss for me. A few had that fresh, herbal smell I usually like, but one was way stronger and earthier than I expected, to the point where I didn’t really enjoy using it.

It’s not a bad product overall, but the scent just wasn’t my favorite. I ended up reaching out to customer service to ask if this was normal or if there were better options for someone sensitive to stronger aromas, since I felt like it was worth escalating instead of just letting it go. I’d still use some of it, but I probably wouldn’t rush to reorder.

So... I’ve been using this and the ingredients just feel really clean. My skin seems to like it too, which is always a win.

So, yeah, unfortunately this didn’t work out for me. After I used it, my face got red and itchy, which was, like, not great. I’m guessing it might just be too much for sensitive skin or maybe it just didn’t agree with mine, but either way, I don’t think I’d buy it again...
